Native Brush Painting emerged from the legacy of diligent women who, over nearly two decades, built a respected name in beauty, quality, and integrity. Though largely retired, their wisdom still guides ongoing projects. In 2022, Clifford Gilbert, a returning member to the western Pennsylvania area, founded "Native Brush". in honor of pueblo of isleta in southern New Mexico, the name calls to celebrate that heritage. Now, thriving in northeastern America, this Indigenous-owned business hopes to inspire Native entrepreneurs with its bold dedication to success for and with cultural pride.
